With Danzeisen whole milk, we made easy homemade ricotta this morning for breakfast, topped with cinnamon and berries. Since the milk isn’t ultra-pasteurized, you can make simple cheese like this in a half an hour with just milk and lemon. Check it out by clicking HERE.

On the topic of excursions, I’m taking a road trip to Kentucky the first two weeks in August for a family reunion. Brian will remain in town to keep the milk train flowing. Since he will be solo, we will have to make some adjustments to the pickup schedule. Stay tuned for more.
This week will be the usual schedule: Pickups Wednesday 1 pm – 5:30 pm and Thursday – Saturday 10 am – 5 pm with deliveries Thursday morning 8 am – 10 am.
