How about that rain last night? According to our pal Jim Buckley’s Weather Underground station, we had .41” of rain by 9 pm last night. We sure needed it. And man! Did it feel good.

We hope everyone has a spectacular day celebrating the founding of our country. Made-in-USA is a major value of the Mercantile. From our hats made by the Ackerman family in New York to the t-shirts we buy from the Oldham family who grow organic cotton in Texas, we search for products from small makers who walk the talk about American-Made.

Danzeisen is one of those family businesses we work with. They create the very best milk from cows raised and nurtured at their dairy in Laveen, Arizona. It truly is the good stuff. Just ask little Grant. He totally approved of the banana milk popsicles his grandma Des made for him.

  • Do you like your chocolate sweet and milky? Go for milk chocolate. 
  • Like dark but still sweet? 55% is for you.
  • Looking for a hint of bitter edge to your dark chocolate? Do 70%. 
  • Want minimal sugar and maximum true chocolate bitterness? 85% is where you need to be!
